My idea would be - simply, that no one wanted to buy at the .04... price. Everybody informed had already loaded up. Then, someone finally said I just want to uload this somehow, and just put it lower, but not low enough for the next bidder, and it just sat there - then they just got it down enough.... thanks to them, I got a few.

I totally don't think there is anything else other than that. And, it was only a few shares that went that low. I'd bet it's headed up from here.

I know that was too simple of an explanation, but you asked for ideas - thought I'd throw ya out my little simple minded one.
