Carroll returned my call and stated that the proper filings were complete even though I deduced that they were not completed on time.He stated that Canadian law permitted a six month period for corporate filings. He also stated that the bond sale is "progressing".Carroll again complained of the stockholder contacts with the "Port",and stated that he received an Email report today of a contact. He volunteered that my stock holdings would be a sizable nest egg in 12-24 months. I was amazed that he returned my phone calland did not press for information, so as not to jeopardize future converstions. I have not attempted to verify any of the info reported.
