How much does it really cost to expand? I would bet a team of 3-4 people, renting a simple office could pull it off in 4 months.

The venues pay for the hardware up front correct?

An hour or two a day updating social media and their website.

Phone calls, lunches, and "knocking on doors" to build a base of 15-20 venues.

Sure there are legal concerns and contracts, but I am sure that is already established with what they've done.
