When exactly will the acquisition occur?
The question as to the timing of the announcement of the acquisition vs. the finalization of it is interesting. Last years acquisition began Oct 31, 2013 and was announced via PR on Nov 6th, 2013. The deal was completed Jan 31, 2014. It took 3 months start to finish. This year, if the acquisition begins around the same date, and is announced the first week of November 2014, it could be completed by the end of the year, truly allowing for the "Expansion into the Southern California Market"..Because if the deal isn't finalized and complete, the expansion into that "SoCal Market" is not theirs.

The Cell is on the way:
We've discussed prior how SLTD would need a name change as well as Ticker change if they were to abandon the cell. Here is a comment from today's PR that states clearly the Solar3D brand is being "strengthened", not abandoned as it would have to be if the cell failed to materialize.

The tie in with the Cell and the Completed Acquisition:
The Financial's have touted the identification of our manufacturing partner by the fourth quarter of 2014. Today's PR mentions the strengthening of the Solar3D brand, as well as, "We intend to reach new regions with new technologies". I theorize that based on all the evidence, we are going to see the "new technology", as well as the "new regions" together, by the end of Q4. I'm long SLTD - GLTA!
