What is "cheap"?

I guess that's a matter of opinion as evidence clearly shows.

My biggest concern about these prices is not dilution itself, but dilution at what prices.

Dilution at .002 is a lot more favorable than at .001 or .0009


It makes a HUGE difference in the amount of shares that need to be issued. So if the price stays down here or goes lower, insiders are shanking themselves in the back.
