What if it never bounces and only continues to drop? If you need cash hit the bid if not, throw up million blocks and let the believers have at em. The earlier you stack the ask the earlier your shares go if there is ever a bounce. Make them GTC orders so you don't lose your place in line. All in my opinion of course.
