This is why the patent(s) that are being used for the codec in question,can't be used during the current court case!!.
IP law mentions it,as does Patent Infringement and Litigation law dictates that!!.
This is also explained in TMMI's amended complaint!!.Question?. If they would of been able to use the patent in question,don't you think they would of already been to market?. And if they have the patent ready for the Chip makers and those LOI's don't you think they would of had updates on that progress?. They have had nothing since that April relesase after NAB and now I'm thinking, that was just a fluff story to stay in step with TMMI and this court case.

They will tell you they can use the patent and that they have customers and revenues but,where's the proof?.There isn't any!!.

Judge Ellsworth put that out on the table,in the opening minutes from the August 2013 minutes!!.
Not sure if the Patent office or Court house can help you but,the injunction is in place,and it's also mentioned in the 12 clauses from the amended complaint!!.
