The USSC hearing on the Copaxone patent case is now over (it was allotted one hour on the docket), and TEVA is down about 2% today. So, it’s probably safe to surmise that whatever happened in the courtroom today was not seen as a “slam dunk” for TEVA.

The USSC ruling could come as soon as a few months from now or as late as Jun 2015 (when the current USSC term ends).
