JPHC: What we are hearing now that today or tomorrow, there will be no real positive news. We are hearing however, that there could be news that could be viewed as negative. We will try to keep you abreast of the specifics as we hear them, for whatever my opinions are worth. Good luck to all.

JPHC: I think that the selling in this has been way over done, way over done! We are not saying that the deal is off, we were just saying that in our opinion that the deal would not be done today or tomorrow. We are hearing that there will be Press tomorrow, but that some people will feel could be a negative, but in fact, it should have no bearing on the deal whatsoever. We still believe that the big deal will be announced within the next several days. Good luck to all.

JPHC: I have just heard that the announcement will happen this week. I am not sure of the date and the time, but it will happen this week in my opinion. Best of luck to all.

JPHC: To all of the non believers and/or name callers here: I am only telling people here what I have been hearing. I never said that the deal was not going down. I never said to sell the Stock. I only told people that I heard that there could be some news out. I said that I heard that the news could be something that some people may consider as negative. I said that I heard that this news would in no way effect the big announcement. I said that I heard that the news would be out this week. I have only been trying to let people know what I have been hearing and to give people my opinions. I never said that the deal was dead. I never said that I thought people should sell. Now we have a lot of name calling and an ever going list of people on ignore. I have only said to people my humble opinions and what I am hearing. That is it. I never said to sell anything, buy anything, or that deals were going dead. Please there is no need to look deeper into things than that. Trust me, I want a big announcement as much as much as everyone else. I still wish everyone here the best. Have a good night.
