Hello- This has the smell and looks of a reverse/merger now and with that comes the same effect as an r/s.
Has anyone talked to management about this?
Look up reverse mergers.
I bought in 3 weeks ago when it was just a business merger. Now Sulja is the parent co. taking Lofworks shell.
Answers to this are needed before it happens. Thanks!
