HEC Up 8.75% on very heavy volume

I expect the momo's to drop by tomorrow to take this even higher.

Most of the pundits were commenting how the traders were using today to get a headstart on a general market rally that should follow Fed statements that fed funds were close to neutral "End of tightening process was likely near and most fed fund members were worried about tightening too much"

The rally started this morning following weaker PPI, and weaker housing number
