Donn't quite know how to treat a BDC but I do not believe the normal P/E of 10-30x time net - EPS applies.

Key point in PPS of BDC is the valuation of investees.
Based on investees value AMEP is .04/share So at .07 we are
are trading at a premium already. I don't think the proved reserves are part of the Fair Value of investees or if it is its a fraction of it.

I was surprised the fair value is not higher but if you add in the proved reserved discounted value of $26.8 mill that may account for some of our premium. So with this new valuation putting us at .04 until we really get decent flow info we are not going to see a big pop IMO.

Looking forward to some of the pros here giving their opinion all this.
