$$YA Global has been Guaranteed the Right to Approve any other financing options PERIOD FACT

Simple & I will be notifying/reminding (but with their attorneys I am sure w/ the stipulations enclosed in the CDA agreement/terms they may already know
) $$YA Global should SVFC NOT be able to pay off the CDA Note/Deal/Agreement in shares & with $$YA Global having been guaranteed the AUTHORITY to APPROVE any & ALL other financing options they will OWN EVERY DAMN ASSET SVFC OWNS, PATENT to PLANTS 
should they choose wonder why they might want this to go to NO BID
& ALL the above is included in the AGREEMENT/TERMS/EXHIBITS FACT
