Looking at this subjectively... Rev looks great year over year. In the next year they will explode due to the deadline, no doubt.
However, the financials do concern me a little bit, that is a lot of debt load to be carrying. Not to mention they aren't even paying the employees. Though that says something about the possible strength of the company. Would you still work for a company if you weren't getting paid?
After looking at this, the buyout rumor seems more possible than ever...
