Dilution term should only be used when the company is selling shares to raise money, that's not happening here right now..IMO ..

Ask "Q" what's up he is very experienced, I'm sure he has an idea..

I hope those involved get squeezed hard...I remember that 30 mil share trade ...red flag, says alot
