ADMD had just expanded the AUTHORIZED SHARES to 500 MILLION in JUNE and BURNED UP the SHARES so FAST that KATZAROFF FILED to EXPAND to 2,000,000,000.00 SHARES...2 BILLION and if you read the PROXY he has stated he is may have to GIVE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MORE SHARES TO PROTECT a TAKEOVER!....take over WHAT??...ADMD has never PRODUCED a single SHRED of evidence that they FILED with the FDA for any APPROVAL....IF ANYONE CAN PRODUCE a LINK OR 510c DOCUMENT from the FDA about ADMD EVER FILING, please show us!.....the FDA HAS A HUGE SEARCH ENGINE on it's WEBSITE....if you SEARCH for AMIC or ADMD or RADIOGEL or Yttrium 90 or anything, it comes up NO RESULTS!!..i put out a challenge weeks ago for anybody to show us a single shred of evidence ...the only word we have is that of JIM KATZAROFF...and he has not even addressed his COMPANIES total LOSS of all VALUE in just 3 short months!!...BEWARE
