This is a second filing mentioning in the audit "erroneous" in past filings. I am somewhat a professional in my own field and cannot afford to erroneously be making mistakes as these recent filings. We as investors are relying on the competency of Kidrin and his board. How does Kidrin and or his CPA misunderstand the terms with the lenders? One has got to wonder what the heck is Kidrin thinking and doing behind the scenes? We as investors reserve some distrust by default, and risk when when investing but when these filings become public and continuously see the word "erroneously" consistently should raise some type of flag. Yes, we should not correlate the filings, and the case of WDDD. But come on, someone should strategically be on top of Kidrin's conduct and be responsible for those audits. Though there is not much investors can do from the outside but something to keep in mind which can and may disrupt the big picture of WDDD when dealing with additional legal matters which could devalue the price of the stock if incompetence turns into the general sentiment down the road.
