Hi all: Well I called the number 514-591-3666 and got through to Mr. Parkin. The info that was posted here earlier seems to be correct. He told me the pres. flew to Russia on the weekend and is working on the buyout offer. Of course he wouldn't tell me anything specific, but he did say we would be happy with the news when they release it. He couldn't say just when that would be, except before May 1. OTC listing no later than May 1 hopefully sooner.
I also asked him about aurc, again I think I seen this info posted earlier, Financials this week, (possibly Thurs. and web site also this week)
