I FOUND THIS ARTICLE ABOUT MR. PENG (CEO OF SOPW) HE FOUNDED LDK SOLAR IN 2005, BY 2007 THE STOCK WAS ON THE BIGBOARD AT $68 A SHARE.
HE BASICALLY PLANS ON BRINGING SOPW TO THAT SAME VALUE IN THE NEAR FUTURE. 6 MONTHS I'D SAY $4.00 1 YEAR AT IPO $16.00
