2/3 is impressive in the backdrop of this weak market. October is always tough it seems.

I would assume that could take the company quite far along the pilot plant path and with some good news and market co-operation we should be able to top up at a later date, or with even better luck, just use the warrants to complete financing needs to FF. Perhaps they could consider putting a forced conversion clause in there. For example: if the wt's are at 0.70 and the stock is above 0.80 for 30 days you use em or lose em.

To me, the Niobec sale is one very good development of late. It shows that there are big $$ eyes on the space.
