I believe its right on topic. No reason ALL of the Military Exchanges don't have ALL COFFEE BOOST FLAVORS and VITAMIN FIZZ FLAVORS.

Except it is extremely hard to get thru all the Bureaucracy it entails, with a chit or requisition order for every little detail in the process.

It wouldn't surprise me though, that an individual with a certain team and the right charisma could navigate this Bureaucracy.
Huge, huge customer..Would need some huge production volume to maintain it.

Heck, I would like to see it in my local VA PX. They have every other kind of beverage.
