I have asked them to PR an update on the current share structure, and they told me "for what, if it hasn't changed".

Well for one, to insure shareholders you are NOT dilluting.

Problem is, they ARE DILLUTING, and an update PR stating the structure hasn't changed would only incriminate them even further, wich is WHY they wont put the PR out!!

There AUTHORIZED shares is UNLIMITED people!!

They incorporated in Whyoming, when Richard lives in Georgea, and Pearl is hiding in California. We have confirmed the addresses. In Whyoming you can have UNLIMITED authorized shares.

They tried to tell me they have to file to increase the authorized! I almost fell on the floor laughing at that one!

We have also contacted several market makers.
