I worked in commercial construction on site in the past, and from what you see in the picture, an eight-man team could build the thing ready for use in less than six weeks. Went up like a giant erector set, which is what it actually was.

That was over thirty years ago. Surely they can do it even faster now, and only heavy rains can slow them down.
