The reason is that they are not up-to-date on their info, what you may have failed to notice (on the exact same website) is the filings bringing them up to date for the last two years (up to march this year) that they just released less than two months ago. They didn't go out of their way to update two years and a quarter just recently for nothing. They are still just a little behind and have stated they are working on becoming completely current.
