So someone spent $1.90 plus commissions to bump the price back up to $.0019 from $.0015 and that's not manipulation? My personal opinion is let it go as low as it wants and if you are in for the long haul then buy the cheapies as they become available. Keeping the price up artificially has no effect on your portfolio except to waiste money. When news hits, it won't matter if the price is $.003 or $.00003, it will hit $.25 in a day and he/she that has the most shares wins.
