natanial - who knows? The COH can be used for many things ie future R&D in the pipeline not yet expended but planned for, may not be related to the present/past cash burn or COH.
One guru says they raise money when they don't NEED to but when the situation allows for. In this case it may well now be just manipulation.
Dramatic manipulation that triggered stops all the way down and fed on itself in which case it merely bounces up. Hard to say but the volume has been big for the past few days so it is anyone's guess.

Sometimes these small bios go way down just in advance of an approval seemingly just so someone big gets a ground floor position. If this continues to bounce as I also mentioned in my last post then it is likely manipulation.

I was just saying 6.5% short of float is not much for a bear raid.
