Nothing new and certainly not important enough to be considered as "a good thing."
She's been with good ole' Vince on all his share selling schemes so that is nothing new. She's just another Vincent Browne team player, nothing more, nothing less.
She is Dart Business Services so that is nothing new either.
Who says she "was" the chief legal counsel "of Forbes?"
Her? Good ole' Vince? Flint Telecom, ie Vince again?
Flint Telecom is another Vincent Browne share selling scheme.
.40 or .50 when Vince took it over and fully reporting too.
Through numerous AS increases approved of course by preferred shares in Vince's control and RSs(2 I think)also approved by the preferred shares Flint now sits in the .000s and Vince abandoned it for greener pastures, ie other public companies that can sell shares. Of course as always, the SEC asks too many questions so Vince filed to stop reporting to them. Easier to publish disclosures with the OTC. They don't ask as many questions and there's no criminal charges for lying to them in disclosures like there for lying in state incorporation papers and the SEC.
BTW-1 of the "companies" involved at Flint, Acq.(I think)was involved with the change from Vince/Tali/Sean to Fabio was mentioned by Fabio in 1 of his first few disclosures as a "private company" as helping to set up the "new deal" to provide another "New CEO......new plan" to be promoted again.
Same thing before Vince, the "new CEO....." that Vince replaced was the 1 that created CellAd in Nevada Jan. 2013 that was "acquired" by WDAS for a promotion that pushed the WDAS PPS to .09 in early March, 2013 and CellAd had been created less than 45 days before that but ended up being 50% Sean's and 50% Vince's. The "new CEO" before that too. This shell has been and continues to be a share selling scheme.
Nothing new or "big" happening here except shares being sold to American investors that were RSd by Fabio using his preferred shares. How's the "coming to America" Fabio promised some months back? Can we buy solar panels yet?
Seems strange that we can buy worthless paper but can't buy panels.
Just another "new CEO with a new company and a new business plan."
Just another wash, rinse, repeat.
