1. The outstanding share count is now 4,847,615,721 shares. Can you please update the company’s outlook for further increased share issuance, buyback potential, and reverse splits scenarios.
2. Can you project some revenue numbers for Q4 of 2014?
3. Can you elaborate on the planned attendance of TheDirectory.com at the Tech Show in NY on November 5th? Strategy? Exposure level of the new Hello Network?
4. Can you please provide a status of the proposed changes to TheDirectory.com website and mobile applications?
5. Can you please provide an update on the HelloNetwork and the pending creation of the HelloTravel sites? Release date is November 5th. Will this be an entirely new website layout including HelloTravel sites?
6. What is the status on the NJ & FL call centers? (beautiful spot for corporate/global FL space, by the way and close to the Intl airport)
7. How many employees are currently hired for each call center, and what is the maximum staff planned for the NJ & FL call centers?
8. Were there any new advertising contracts signed during 2014?
9. Are there any new partners associated with or any prospective partners with TheDirectory.com?
10. Are we planning to retain all of our existing partnerships?

15. Is TheDirectory.com moving to the OTC.BB, OTC.QB, or planning to stay on the OTC Pinks?
