First of all the biggest state in the US is Alaska. However - here in Texas, we like to think we're self-reliant and a voice for reason. Killing the criminals is a good policy, just ask any of the victims or their families who have been affected by violent crime. Texas will only consider medical MJ, with the requisite proof of medicinal benefits. As far as recreational MJ in TX, NOT GONNA HAPPEN. Soon the cartels and gangs will become victims of their own violence, because TX will be working with those corrupt government idiots to the south. And…. if they won't clean up the rampant corruption, then TX will have no choice but to do it by ourselves. The local feds are hamstrung by the current Commander and Thief (socialist/marxist). Who the hell moves the Border Patrol 40 miles from the border??? Just another typical day in Texas. Find the problem, solve the problem. Look at NY and CA. The state and local governments pander to "buy" the entitlement vote, and have become so broke that they couldn't fix anything if they tried. If Wall St wasn't in NY and the weather so nice in CA, our children and grandchildren would be paying a lot more to fix their spineless governments. Both CA and NY will pass MJ laws because it's the path of least resistance to generate more $$$$, without actually taxing good citizens more than they already do. It's criminal what those 2 states do to their good citizens.
