This is probably an oversimplification, but imo for everyone it simply comes down to evaluating all of the information which is known and using one's judgment/assessment as to what is not known(which for a lack of a better term can be designated gut feeling)and voting accordingly and then simply patiently waiting until Nov. 12 and HOPING but not necessarily expecting that there will be more news or maybe even hints as to what is happening and/or to come.
As a ling time investor,I am going to vote yes to everything except for the bonus/salary bit unless something transpires between now and when I cast my vote to change this.
I also fully understand that this is considered "quiet time" and that nothing may come out in the way of news between now and the shareholders meeting.
In short, I am going to just ride out the next month or so and to use the old cliche in sports, "Just take one day at a time."
