naked shorting is everywhere..the only way pps will increase is with Outstanding performance by globetel and cash in the bank.As we all have heard from low,mide,pit and all the other posters that have extensive ta knowledge, is that the pps will not rise to the $5.00 level until there is major "substantial" news and banked cash to entise the major institutional players to put gte on the radar.there are many out there who know how to play the movement of this stock like a fine instrument.as low states "try to learn what the big boys do".imo, there is nothing outstanding in gtes'performance that lends credibility to the company.it appears that at every turn gte is "a day late and a dollar short" and this is very unfortunate.our day will come as we wait and wait and wait. all imo.
