They are probably having CC with the board on damage control and if so many here and Yahoo chat were not right on top of what is happen, it would be no big deal like it was for the first 14 years. No one called them out and they took their marry ole time and did what they want when they wanted. The PPS didn't show any effect because no trial was complete. They were still riding the pfizer agreement.
It is different now and they surely were not prepared... There is no way out of it. THey can only go forward, but they have not caught onto the fact they move really slow. They thought what they were doing was industry standard and as Gil said, we will engage the FDA more and ask 'What they want" ... That is not what a business looking to make money does... If you were a millionaire and supplying all the income, and the science was the most important thing to you, then do just that.. But if you are piggybacking off of the share price, plus paying yourself as a millionaire, you certainly dont take your time.
It is all out in the open and I actually can't believe I invested in it... I think the fact it was so over the top different in it's approach made me and others think they had something for sure and were taking their time because of it. THat once it past the phase trial stage they would be prepared to make billions. That is much different than other approaches and shows just how obtuse they were and we were.
