I saw the trade earlier, it does look like some international investors sold his shares. someone bought but it didn't complete the buy order. I think it was a few sellers, but I don't thinks it completely filled a fill order. extended buy order means that it wont expire for months. look at the followers on this board, it has dropped. I think a few followers sold, and there is a buyer that wants 20 million shares plus, that why there is always a bid at the same price. a non disclosure of a buy order to fill. we will see, im just speculating that there might be a guppy that's testing the water for a shark/whale. MM don't have to disclose true buy orders, they buy when target is met.
