You sir, need to rely on your own "actions", and go perform some simple DD. It's just a suggestion to help you in the long run. You seem to be very emotional, and knowing a little bit about the company will help turn you into less of a cry baby, and more into a savvy investor. Asking questions rather than whining is a good start. Like your PII question, It's a good question, but even a trace of DD would have led you to your answer.
