If the SEC approves (given the CEOs.baggage one could see the need for additional scrutiny) they will probably release a PR stating (that they will begin production in 5-6 months for the 5th time, if there was any real news they would have and are basically bound to inform shareholders of material events. And the SEC does know this, so we can assume nothing to this point has happened
