IMO, that is obviously someone's manipulation sale (not "buy") in order to take the price down to seduce those weak hands to sell at 0.0006s! LOL, it only worth $0.012 while the commission alone could cost $10 or more! We've seen this type of manipulation sale very often since EFLN built the higher support 0.0006 (see the chart below)...
