EEG in oxenford Queensland claims to be the exclusive manufacturer of Westinghouse Solar panels.

There is a Westinghouse solar, a subsidiary of CBD with offices in four Australian cities. They say this about the panels. made in China by Fortune 500 company China Southern Group.
This is what they say for themselves. "For over 125 years, the Westinghouse name has stood for reliability and innovation. Our knowledge is derived from a rich heritage, developing secure energy solutions that have made a positive impact on millions of people’s lives."

How are these connected, if at all?
How are they connected to Andalay?
If they are using Andalay proprietary racking and quick connect is Andalay licencing them and receiving a royalty?
