jjj - there is a big difference between the civil action that Process was pushing for deceptive trade practices and the criminal situation where Chaddie was making false and misleading press releases to manipulate stock prices so that certain insiders could trade on the press releases before they were released and then after as well. "Insider Trading" perhaps? Night and day between the two I think. The fact that the Process claims no longer exist is irrelevant to the criminal situation, which is a matter for the government to investigate, don't you think?
