My only question is why would they dump at these low levels? It makes more sense for them to pump this higher with fluff PRs and dump millions above a penny. They've pumped it beyond a penny before, they could easily do it again. Just my two cents, not necessarily disagreeing with you, just wanted to throw that out there.
