Asking that NNVC have the full 2.5 kg of Flucide for BASi one full year after their initial tox study is not childish, it's merely asking that they provide what they said they'd provide.

And given the high compensation that Drs. Diwan and Seymour are taking it's obvious that their own attitude is, "Show me the money now!". They don't seem satisfied with getting a normal middle class salary and only getting rich when the rest of us do.
