The way I see it. There is only about 500 Million ENTI shares 1% of that equals NPT. Of that 500 Million shares Thomas or powers to be control 400 million of those Encounter Technologies Inc shares, leaving 100 million in the market essentially to trade.


The only way to get NPT shares right now, is to own Encounter Technologies Inc shares of which Encounter Technologies Inc controls 80% of what would be the free trading shares...

Making NPT shares via Encounter Technologies Inc shares worth a LOT...
