no, millions upon millions of shares have been converted from the note holders. the closer to hanover loan is due, the more shares getting dumped, hence sub-penny. don't shoot the messenger. a very reputable source warned this was going to .006 quite a while ago. just a matter if time before that before that pps is confirmed. should be right around default time.
