I don't think Titan and Mazor are a fair comparison. I invested in Mazor for a short while. Their is a lot of spine surgery to be done but I think Mazor has to compete with intraoperative CT and improving fluoroscopy. More radiation but that is decreasing as CT technology improves. I skips several steps that you have to take with Mazor. That may be why sales and PPS has not been great. This is the the sense I got from talking to some spine surgeons a year ago.
