I am a shareholder of Fuse Sciences. I see you have replaced Brian Tuffin as CEO. While I do not know you I believe Tuffin to be less than desirable as a CEO. I own Fuse Sciences because the products appear to be great, there is a distribution network and because Daymond Johns and Tiger are or were involved. Of course all of it has fallen apart. I believe a key reason was the myth of internet advertising which led us to not run the commercials we made on national TV. Now I see instead of using my money to run those ads we spent $1.9M buying your solar company and making you CEO. I would very much like an explanation of what has occurred to date and what the plan going forward is.
