Actually I have spoken with one at a major University(that has published over 90 studies on pain in medical journals) that was doing a pilot study with Calmare. Initially he proclaimed, "There is no way this device is stimulating C-Fibers. It's impossible." After putting the electrodes on his own arm he was surprised and said. "You are stimulating C-Fibers." The other doctor in the room asked, "Are you sure? He responded, "I'm certain" "I don't know how you're doing it but you're doing it."
