You say your source if reliable? Well lets talk about that part. Simon Kogan is working on the DTC chill for LVGI. He is the actual person who sends out the opinion letter then the agreement letter. If Kogan is not the one saying this to you then your source is not reliable at all. Thanks for the info but before you put something out there like that your source has to be the actual lawyer or the CEO. Anything else of a source is irrelevant and considered a rumor to me. Also, the DTC is satisfied with an agreement to handle the restricted shares issue and that was the only issue LVGI had. Now if the issue was not real products or hearsay speculation of finding gold or not or some land mine then that's different. Your source is not reliable at all Retired37.
