I can't private reply Penny. I have indeed spoken to them about all aspects, share structure, becoming current, all their projects. I actually just sent an e-mail this morning as well, although I never expect a quick reply. I have been encouraging a twitter feed to keep investors updated without fluff looking PR's. That is a fine line. I would suggest you e-mail the company yourself or call the investor number on their web-site for official responses. I believe they are ahead on some things and behind on some things, but working on everything they said they would. I did in fact mention wanting to post responses on-line and if that was okay in the e-mail I sent this morning, I will let you know what comes of that.
