I think if you re-read the entire thread, you'll see that you've misinterpreted my point. The point I have made, was that he would not simply hand CCI over to GRCU for free, in reply to this statement from Iglow:

'If Calkin believes in GRCU why not put CCI in the company so that all of his time and resources are devoted to bringing shareholder value to GRCU.'

Notice that Iglow did not suggest an acquisition/purchase of CCI by GRCU. The way it was written, to me that implied simply handing it over. If he meant 'sell', I think he would have said 'sell'.

So my replies were explaining why handing it over, for free, made no sense.

As always simply my opinion.

In this theory of yours it sounds like he would be giving away his private companies for free...Clearly this would not be the case and no one would expect him to do that.

Now take the shares that were set aside for transactions and business, give him 100 mil or so for x % of CCI or other private company....and now he is not just a 4mil shareholder
