It was my understanding that they were 6 month certs which means they are eligible to be cashed in or exchanged for common shares at the end of the 6 month period. The problem is you may need to get them registered/journaled with a broker and you may also need an attorney to legitimize them before any broker will take them.
Since I never got mine, I have not checked any farther on it to see how to redeem them.
