Unlike PPHM'S mgmt perhaps the loaner is satisfy with making an easy 1 million plus for two weeks and not greedy in trying to make more money. Perhaps they didn't want to risk their company and/or their own money unlike pphm's greedy mgmt team who risks shareholders money and not their own and by their actions have slowed down greatly getting treatment to patients who may actually benefit from it.

PPHM THE COMPANY THAT CRIES WE ARE IN TALKS. All imo.
